Cultivating productive collaboration within organizations is vital to ensure successful outcomes of projects and strategic tasks undertaken. It is part of the ecology of modern business: an important aspect of creating value is what you might call ‘relational’ rather than ‘transactional.’

Joining the NAEG Team
