History & Overview
Native American Energy Group, Inc. is a publicly traded, “Energy Resource Development and Management Company” registered with the United States Securities & Exchange Commission and is traded under the ticker symbol: NAGP. The Company has been a publicly traded entity since February 2005.
Founded in 2005, Native American Energy Group (NAEG) is best defined by its vast and eclectic history. Through design, the Company has always followed its “Code of Business Conduct and Ethics” as the first and primary rule as a company. This stringent effort has established NAEG as “the People’s Company”. The Company operates under the typical semblance of a pragmatic, conventional corporation, yet, for those who have followed this management team over the years know that passion truly dictates management’s actions. The outcome evidently creates and continues to create a philanthropic result.
NAEG’s team possesses a rare and unique ability to repair and restore strong, healthy, working relationships with various diversified groups. NAEG has been able to accomplish this and still retain the fundamental corporate structure without disrupting the desired initiative.
Over the past 10 years, Native American Energy Group has evolved exponentially and this is uniquely due to management’s experience with its original, concept program, titled “Tribal Empowerment Program” (TEP) that was established in 2007. NAEG, since the inception of this program, developed a hands-on ability to mend damaged relationships with communities ravaged by corporate abuse. Members of the Tribal Empowerment Program include Native American activists, tribal leaders, politicians, spiritual leaders, teachers, business and energy professionals, as well as tribal, indigenous and aboriginal members globally in all walks of life. This network of members has increased significantly since 2007 and collectively has become a powerful asset for the Company.
NAEG’s grass roots approach and unique methods remain unduplicated by any other company at this level to date and has led to its emergence as a true contender.
As tribal and underdeveloped communities worldwide are advancing in the development of their vast mineral and renewable energy resources, NAEG’s dedication, involvement, networking and experience in this niche market for the past 13 years leaves us well-positioned, having access to a multitude of development projects where NAEG can collaborate with established development companies on a global scale.
